- 1
Whisk the broth, cream, bouillon, honey, Dijon, soy sauce, basil, oregano, onion powder, and parsley in a measuring cup. Set it beside the stove. Cut the chicken into 1-inch cubes and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- 2
Heat the oil in a wide skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken in one layer for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. Move it to a plate; leave the browned bits behind.
- 3
Melt 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat. Cook the onion for 5–6 minutes, stirring until soft. Add the wine and scrape the pan clean. Let it reduce by half, about 3 minutes, then add the remaining butter and garlic for 1 minute.
- 4
Sprinkle in the flour and stir for 2 minutes. Add the broth mixture a splash at a time, whisking as it thickens. Bring it to a simmer, then cook the gnocchi in the sauce for 5–7 minutes, until tender.
- 5
Turn the heat low. Stir in the cream cheese, Parmesan, lemon juice, and spinach. Let the spinach wilt for 2 minutes, then fold in the chicken and any plate juices. Rest 3 minutes before serving.
