Heat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x11-inch baking dish. Slice the 12 rolls in half as one slab, keeping the tops together, and set the tops aside.

Stir the shredded rotisserie chicken, diced red onion, mayonnaise, softened cream cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until the mixture is evenly coated.

Place the roll bottoms in the dish. Spread the chicken mixture from edge to edge, then cover it with the shredded cheddar.

Put the roll tops back on. Mix the melted butter, Dijon, Worcestershire sauce, and everything seasoning, then brush it over the tops so it runs into the seams.

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes, until the filling is hot and the cheese has melted.

Remove the foil and bake 8–10 minutes more, until the tops are browned and the edges feel crisp. Rest 5 minutes, then pull apart or slice into sliders.
