    Slice the cooked chicken sausage into ¼-inch rounds. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wide skillet over medium heat and brown the rounds for 1–2 minutes per side. Move them to a plate while you start the beans.

    Add the remaining oil, onion, and garlic to the same skillet. Cook for about 3 minutes, stirring, until the onion turns translucent and the garlic smells warm.

    Add the drained beans, salt, oregano, smoked paprika, pepper, and chicken broth. Scrape up the browned bits, bring the pan to a gentle simmer, and cook 4–5 minutes until the broth looks lightly thickened.

    Fold in the spinach and sausage. Cook 1–2 minutes, just until the spinach wilts and the sausage is hot in the middle. Serve with crusty bread and a little black pepper.
